We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by FormaGenix or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Any refund requests because of a delay in delivery by the USPS should be directed to the USPS in the form of a USPS CLAIM. FormaGenix does not provide refunds for shipping unless the shipping error is the fault of FormaGenix.
International Shipping: Due to the varying customs and duties laws around the world, FormaGenix is not responsible for International Shipments that are held in customs, do not arrive due to local carrier policy or issues, or are lost or stolen. FormaGenix recommends that international customers check with their national and local postal carriers prior to ordering to ensure that their order will not be detained in customs or not be undeliverable. FormaGenix offers two types of international shipping: International Express & International Priority. International Express is guaranteed to be delivered to the country in which the order was placed. If an order does not arrive to that country, FormaGenix will do its best to track the order and assist in its delivery. If after such efforts the order still does not arrive to the receiving country, FormaGenix will issue a refund at the customers request. If the international order has arrived in the destination country, but is held in customs, is lost by the local carrier, or is otherwise not delivered, no refund can be given. In this case, FormaGenix recommends filing a claim with the US Post Office or whatever carrier is used for that delivery for a refund. International customers that choose International Priority (the less expensive shipping option) assume all risk in their order. No refunds can be given if the International Priority shipment does not arrive. A tracking number will be supplied on all international orders so international customers can accurately track their shipment with their national or local postal carrier. As always, if an international shipment is returned to FormaGenix in unopened condition, FormaGenix will gladly refund the purchase price of the order, minus shipping.
